Power outages
We’re aware of widespread power outages across QLD and NSW due to the flooding. For electrical emergencies, faults or outages, contact your local distributor who can provide information about the resumption of your service.

Electricity works
The widespread flooding has had a large impact on electricity supply. As a result, energy distributors are focusing on emergency electrcity works and meter reading and other non-essential works may be delayed. Distributors will need to assess whether it’s safe for their technicians to access your area.
