Welcome to the Tango family and thanks for signing up to our Pre-Pay & Save energy plan - great choice! 

By signing up to Pre-Pay & Save, you've made managing your energy bills a whole lot easier. In one step, you can make your once-off $200 pre-payment and set up direct debit.

Once set up, your pre-payment will be credited to your electricity account and future energy bills will be charged automatically - allowing you to get on with the more important stuff!


Do I also need to set up direct debit for my gas account?

Yes - 

If you choose to pay via bank account, select electricity and gas as the account type on the direct debit form - no extra steps needed.

If you choose to pay via credit/debit card, you can set this up online here (and select gas as the account type) or call us on 1800 010 648.


Will I be charged merchant fees on direct debit?

No - we won't charge you any merchant service fees when you pay via direct debit!
