Pay my bill - Residential
PLEASE NOTE – For customers with account numbers starting with 10 we have changed our banking provider to Commonwealth Bank Australia. This will mean the online payment system is now a Commonwealth Bank system and the online payment screen will look different to the former Westpac system. The BPAY biller code has changed to 929281. Please make note of the new code, as you will need to reference it when making BPAY payments.
There are many ways for customers to pay their bill:
BPAY - Make payments via your financial institution.
Online - You can make payments using your VISA or Mastercard click here.
Over the phone - Call 1800 010 648 and follow the prompts. We currently accept VISA and Mastercard payments.
Direct debit (credit card) - To arrange direct debit from your VISA or Mastercard click here.
Direct debit (bank account) - To arrange a direct debit from your bank account, complete a direct debit form and email it to email@example.com, fax it to (03) 8621 6112, or mail it (postage paid).
In person - Simply present your invoice at any Australia Post office branch.
Mail - Send your cheque or money order (Payable to Tango Energy Pty Ltd) along with your payment slip to:
